VIT blocks adult, torrents, and proxy sites. How do I bypass it?

We used to use freegate, it is a small proxy software that redirect your proxy to random chiense server with open internet.

Download freegate by Google search, enter your college IP and proxy which is provided to surf. Then use freegate proxy in your browser setting.
