Since i repair iPhone and the mobiles let me answer you. Thanks for asking.
Many People do not get it repaired with us local shops since they feel we damage the phone or steal components but that is so untrue.
anyway answering you i have replaced a number of screens
Price of original display ordered from Hong kong which usually reaches in a week is 13k . i.e 13000 including shipping. we charge 1k for fitting.
Display available in india which is made in china usually called 90% copy is 6900/-
we fix the same for 1k fitting charges.
Most ppl usually get the indian copy since its available off the shelf and its done in an hour..
People wanting a genuine display wait for a week or either go and get it fixed in apple store.
This is the same one we fix for 7900 including all costs
