I got placed in Oracle server technology on campus, and they put me in some QA team. Can I get into the development team in the future through internal transfer?

In Oracle QA is the worst thing ever happen to an employer if he/she is interested in  career and for your question i could figured out that you are interested in development. In my one year as a fresher in Oracle i never saw anyone moving from QA to Dev, Though i saw many people moving from Dev to QA but those ppl never wanted to work more.

I was in automation team and it sucks and i lost a year and lot of confidence and self belief and trust me only way for development is to leave oracle so better you prepare and leave oracle if u r in oracle else apply for some other company and take placement there.
