I would recommend Lenovo Vibe P1M, Lenovo A6000 Plus or
Moto E.
Brand - Lenovo is number 1 brand in this price segment with 23% market share. Moto is number 2 with 15% popularity.
Moto E - Screen is 4.5 inch which is little small but might be enough for elders. Price is 6000 on flipkart which is lower compared to other two. Cameras are less megapixels (5mp/0.2mp) compared to others.
Lenovo A6000 - At 7000/-, this falls in between Moto E and Lenovo P1M and specs wise too fall in between. Has 8mp/2mp camera and has 16GB storage.
Lenovo P1m is selling like hot cakes. It costs 8000. Compared to A6000, big advantage is battery which is 3900 mah compared to 2300 mah in A6000.
Lenovo K3 note and Asus Zenfone are very nice but has 5.5 inch screen which I won't recommend for elders. My dad had it and he had trouble holding it with ease. All 3 recommended above has 5 inch or less which is more suitable. Only thing which could be better was CPU speed but that is not a big worry unless you will be playing heavy games.
