Can someone get a 60 lacs+ package while working in India after graduating from IIT Delhi?

First and foremost, I am not an IIT CS guy, but I did my B.Tech from IITD recently, so I think I'm qualified enough to answer this.

You can get a 60 Lacs+ package abroad but not in India, even after a B.Tech in CS from IITD. Companies like Google, Twitter, Facebook & Microsoft which pay so high tend to offer locations in US and not in India. If you get selected in the 4 companies stated above, you can get packages upto INR 1.2 cr.

If you want to stay in India, you have many high paying options like - Goldman Sachs, Tower Research, World Quant, etc. The highest pay for jobs in India go upto INR 45 Lacs.
