There are two kinds of people.

1. Who lay down the bricks
2. Who knows where to lay the bricks and which brick to use

The second kind of workers are paid almost double of the first kind.

It is a fact that Indian college (IIT/BITS etc or not) make the first kind of people. A few rise above the rest and become second kind.

It is just that labor is cheep in India, so those who stay here are paid less.
