The developement or cration of a blog is very simple.You just need to create an account via Blogger.com  and Wordpess.com these are the most popular blogging platform.You need not to have any technical knowledge at all.
STEPS to create a free blog with Blogger.com:
1) First create a   gmail account by going to www.gmail.com
2)Now click on " Create an Account" in the blow.
3)Next fill up all details like First name ,last name,user name,passwors,birthday date,gender,mobile phone no,security code.
NOTE: In the user name field Enter a unique name which will be used as your email id .
4)After filling up all details then click in the little box beside "I agree to the Google Terms of service and privacy policy" and click COUNTINUE
5)Now if mobile no verification require then enter the OTP which has been sent to your mobile.Next confirm .
6)You will be redirected to your email menu.
#If you have already an gmail id then simply skip steps 1 to 6.You just sign in to your gmail account.Please remember your password for future use and don't disclose it to anyone.
7)Now open a new tab from your current browser and type www.blogger.com
8)Just wait few second you will be automatically redirected into gmail log in page ,re-enter your gmail password.
9) Now you will see " confirm your profile" page. Next click on "blogger profile" enter a name which will be displayed in your blog.
10)Now you are ready to develope your new blog. Click on "NEW BLOG" icon. Enter a preferred title of your blog and choose a unique name for your blog ,enter in address box.You will be shown the availabity of the name.If your entered name isn't available then try with a new name and check the availability.If available then click on "Create blog".
NOW YOUR IS READY FOR PUBLISH.
11) Next , start posting articles within your blog clicking on "New Post" icon.
12)Enter a good and attractive title of your post/article and write details of your article ,add photos ,links for making more attractive .
